BillionToOne’s Quality Assurance Outcomes and Clinical Utility Programs

BillionToOne is dedicated to providing the highest quality prenatal screening tests. To help make our tests even better, we have a follow-up program to learn more about the pregnancies we screen.

As part of this program, we reach out to some patients who have had our prenatal screening test by text message, email, or phone call, usually after the pregnancy due date. We ask them to fill out a short survey about their pregnancy. Participation is always voluntary.

The answers we receive from these surveys help us to:

• Learn how our tests are working
• Make our tests better 
• Develop new prenatal screening tests to find other health risks in pregnant individuals or babies
• Understand how our test helped patients and their medical providers make decisions during pregnancies

By taking the survey, you help us make prenatal screening more accurate, easier to use, and fair for everyone.

We are committed to keeping  information from the surveys safe and confidential. Only de-identified, aggregate data will be presented or published. "De-identified" means that you cannot be identified and "aggregate" means that it will be published together with the data of other patients. We will never share or sell your personal data.
